This map shown here below, is what the U.S. Government states is left of Cherokee Country by 1900. By the Treaty of 1730,
between the Cherokee, and Great Britain, as it is noted within this Treaty, that all of Maryland, Virgina, West-Virginia, Kentucky,
North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and part of Tennessee, was recognized as being Cherokee Country. Being
"Treaty Indians", and not being American citizens, we the citizens claiming our full inheritance, and birth rights are now in the
stages of our Reclamation Act, which is a full repatriation process of our true full-fledge citizenship, and all that would be included
as accoutrement's for the people of a Nation. As it is stated within the Treaty of 1730, "Before entering into Cherokee Country, one
must first obtain a passport from one of the governors, or from the president of the United States of America. Although there are
many ambiguities within Treaties, as we will go into in great detail in the future, the mere signing of a Treaty is evidence of the
sovereignty of the Nations party to a Treaty. The Sovereign Cherokee Nation of Turtle Island,-Supra, -a Nation super cedes
the powers of a state. Worcester vs. georgia, State laws are not enforceable within Cherokee Country, and therefore state laws have
no affect upon Cherokees who are not state citizens, nor are they U.S. citizens, but rather are Cherokee citizens and "Treaty
Indians".
