We are pleased to announce to the people of the Nations United with United Nations Of
Turtle Island about our services now offered through our DMV.
Our DMV is operating as an International Driver's License Agency due to the fact that our
Nations here on the Great Turtle Island are of many different languages Nations and
Countries, which constitutes an International relationship. We issue DL's as well as IDL's
To be eligible to apply for a Driver's License, you must first be a citizen of one of the
nations united with United Nations of Turtle Island, or be acknowledged as a member as an
International Entity. For individuals who wish to apply for a Driver's License through
UNOTI DMV, but are not a citizen of anyone of the nations united with UNOTI, then you
must first obtain an application for citizenship to one of the Nations, be approved and then
take a pledge and Oath of citizenship, before you can receive a Driver's License, License
Plate, or Registration. All International Entities must fill out the applications located on
the applications page, and fill out the Friend-And-Ally Affidavit, and application to be
acknowledged as an International Entity
There are provisions for dual citizens that is offered for a time period. Although the services
offered through our DMV were primarily designed  for Individuals who are indigenous to
one of the Nations, and Countries of Turtle Island, and now also offered to our
Friends-And-Allies who we acknowledge as International Entities.
The Policy Of
UNOTI DMV Is That Insurance Is Optional.

and is not an operation
under the Jurisdiction
of any State of the
United States.
Asserting the status of
"Original Sovereignty"
and as Nations of
"Treaty Indians",
by International Law
it takes two or more
sovereigns to inter into
a Treaty.

since their rights, and
