In the Rodney King incident, he was awarded 3.8 Million Dollars

Million Dollars for damages. Although we do not advocate Law Suits, so for justice to
be served, apologies must be made, and in these cases involving settlement, liens will
occur. Then, and only then will peace be reaffirmed, by their actions of respect. By the
breach of peace being healed, as a result, the peace between our Nations will then be
restored. Let us now reflect upon the Original agreement of our ancestors, that we are

navigating, or driving down a path road,- highway with a license, and license plate issued through the
permission of a STATE, or PROVINCE even if it is a native,- Indian tribal- nation style license plate,
it is then issued through the authority of that STATE, or PROVINCE, and therefore the tribe,-
nation,-individual human being is not sovereign. For example, Navajo NATION is a DDN Domestic
Dependent Nation, and in their news they the Dine' state that they are very excited about an
ARIZONA representative approving their new driver's license plates. Clearly Navajo NATION is
therefore not sovereign, due to the fact that a STATE is not a Supra, -Meaning, a nation super cedes
the powers of a STATE. And Navajo NATION could exercise sovereign powers, but they chose not to
do so. Navajo NATION should be operating through their inherent sovereign powers and
acknowledge Navajo- Dine' Country, and not through the STATE of ARIZONA.
And then the Navajo-Dine' could have a proper international relationship with the
U.S. Federal Government, by living Side-by-Side, as Friends-and-Allies.
