On the Situation of helping to resolve Issues of Conflict and Infringements

Due to the long-term acts of genocide that have been committed against the
indigenous-native peoples of the Original Nations of Turtle Island, and the failure
of the United States of America, and the U.S. Homeland Security by not showing a
proper respect in reciprocating with United Nations of Turtle Island after many
attempts to correspond with them, our-friends-and-allies, that are suppose to be
living side-by-side with us according to the Guswentah 'Two Row wampum belt,
We hereby are now establishing our own, Turtle Island Homeland Security.
And further more, due to the statements made by the president of the United
States of America, that he can not protect all of the people, and since we are not
citizens of the United States of America, and are not under his protection, we
therefore feel that it is our duty to protect our own citizens from all forms of
terrorism, or acts of genocide that might be directed towards us in the future.
Therefore never again can the United States of America claim that we are
Domestic Dependant Nations, on the contrary, we are Independent Sovereign
Nations bound together like arrows in a bundle as a Federation, living within the
legal jurisdictional perimeters of our own Countries, on this Continent of our
National origins which is; The Great Island Turtle.  
We hope that our Friends and Allies, living side-by-side with us understand the
actions we must now take in order to preserve our very existence, and will now
work together with us through a Nation-to-Nation, and Government-to-Government
relationship just as our ancestors did, and will now cease, and desist in all forms of
acts of genocide against us, for the sake of our future children's ability to live in
peace, and harmony with all the children of the many Nations of the World.
